We offer a standard shipping method for all orders. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays) from the date of order placement. We work with multiple courier services such as DTDC, BlueDart etc.

Shipping Locations:

We are pleased to serve customers all over India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping on all orders valued at ₹499 or more.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Once we receive your order, we process it within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays).

Once dispatched, your package typically arrives within 4-7 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays), depending on your Pincode. 

Please note that deliveries to North-East India locations may take 7-9 business days after dispatch.

Occasionally, there may be a delay in the estimated delivery timeline of 1-3 days due to issues on the courier’s end.

We partner with a logistics company, which means that once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we have limited access to expedite or modify the transportation method.

However, please rest assured that we will do everything possible from our side to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

In case the courier fails to deliver or does not attempt the first delivery within 10 working days (excluding holidays and Sundays) from dispatch, we can help you with a full refund.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days from placing your order. Our business days are defined as Monday through Saturday. Please note that any holidays observed by us will not be counted as business days.

    Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Policy

    Unfortunately, we do not allow cash-on-delivery (COD) on any of the order placed.

    Delivery Time Window:

    Our courier partners do their best to deliver packages within their standard delivery window, which is typically before 7 pm on the day of delivery. Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific time requests for delivery within this window.

    Important Details:

    • Standard Delivery: All deliveries are made during the courier’s standard delivery hours, ending at 7 pm on the delivery day.
    • No Time Guarantees: We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of the day. Deliveries will occur at any time within the standard delivery window.
    • Special Requests: While we understand the need for flexibility, our courier partners do not offer time-based delivery services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Shipping Policy for Holidays:

    During the holiday seasons or peak times, we will make every effort to ensure orders are processed and shipped promptly. Any special shipping considerations for holidays will be communicated on our website.

    While our team will make every effort to resolve any issues with the courier, we cannot guarantee a satisfactory resolution if the OTP has been verified and the status indicates that the package was delivered.

    Additionally, please note that no compensation or refund will be provided if the OTP has been shared over the phone and the order is marked as delivered. As stated, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the OTP is shared only after personally receiving the package.

    Incorrect Address Provided

    Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. In cases where an incorrect address leads to delivery failure.

    Delivery Dispute Policy

    We ensure all orders are shipped with reliable courier partners and provide tracking details for customers to monitor their shipments. If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must report the issue to us within 2 days of the delivery date as per the tracking update through contact us page.

    This 2-day window is necessary because our courier partners allow investigations only if the complaint is raised within 2 days of marking the shipment as delivered. After this period, the courier is unable to verify delivery discrepancies, making it impossible for us to escalate the issue further.

    After this timeframe, we will no longer be able to investigate the matter, and no refund or replacement will be issued for the order.
